What Hypnosis Services Are,

 and Are Not

Syntia Hypnosis provides professional hypnosis services to support personal growth, habit change, stress management, focus, emotional balance, self-awareness, and inner alignment.

Hypnosis is a cooperative process. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or medical advice. Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome or timeline can be guaranteed.

Clients should consult an appropriate licensed professional for medical, mental health, psychological, legal, or health-related concerns.

Scheduling, Payment,

and Cancellations

Payment or a deposit may be required to reserve a session, package, workshop, or special service. Deposits are generally non-refundable and may only be transferable under the terms described in the full Client Policies & Terms.

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a private session. With proper notice, an eligible deposit may be transferred to a new appointment one time, subject to availability.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit or session fee. A client may be considered a no-show if they are more than 15 minutes late without communication.

Session Expectations

Clients are expected to arrive on time, participate voluntarily, communicate honestly, and follow any agreed-upon practices between sessions.

For remote sessions, clients should have a quiet, private space, a stable internet connection, and a safe setting where they will not need to drive, supervise children, cook, operate machinery, or perform tasks requiring alert attention.

Syntia Hypnosis respects client privacy and treats session information with care. However, hypnosis services are not the same as medical, psychological, or psychotherapy services and may not carry the same legal confidentiality protections.

Agreement and Next Step

By booking, purchasing, attending, or participating in services with Syntia Hypnosis, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to the Client Policies & Terms, including the cancellation, no-show, payment, refund, deposit, service scope, and disclaimer policies.
